- 0930 Take attendance and load vehicles @ Scout House
- 0945 Depart
- Eat Lunch Enroute
- 1345 Meet in McDonald’s parking lot Plumsteadville (corner of Route 611 and Stead Rd)–convoy last 5 miles to camp
- 1400 Arrive at Camp

Note: All are required to wear Class A shirt to/from camp

Camp Prerequisites

June 5, 2007

Please accomplish the following before the 12 June Meeting:

1. If possible, bring your medical form 
    Scouts (and leaders under 40 years old) bring: Class1/2 (previous medicals are still good for 36 mos) 
    For leaders over 40 years old, bring: Class 3 (within 1 year)

2. Scouts: Please Review merit badges desired and be ready to discuss with your leader at the 12 June meeting.

      For age limits and prerequisites see: Merit Badge Details/Prereqs
      Note: Dan Beard (1st year scouts will follow a programmed schedule and do not have to pick any merit adges)

3. For drivers, pleaese bring your driver’s license #, license plate #, # of seats available, and insurance amounts


Suggested Packing List

June 5, 2007

Please mark all items with name in permanent marker

Clothing
Uniform–class A shirt and Scout belt minimum
Class B Shirt (troop T-shirt)
Bathing trunks (no cutoffs), water shoes–no open toes
Outdoor shoes & change of shoes
Sleep wear
Jacket or Sweat shirt & sweat pants
Poncho or raincoat–it will rain!
Hat–ballcap or floppy hat or scout hat
1 Pair long pants
2 Pair shorts
Put the following 3 items in 6 ziplock bags (one per day):    Underpants, 1 pr. socks, T-shirt
(T-shirts with camp designs may be purchased at Camp Trading post)
Laundry bags: 1 for clean clothes, 1 for dirty
Note: we won’t do laundry, so pack for 6 days at camp–one day per ziplock recommended

Essentials
Medicine in original container – inhalers/epi-pen on person if needed

Sleeping bag (or heavy blanket), pillow, sleeping pad (there are hard wooden beds–i.e. plywood–in shelters)
Scout Knife (Leaders will hold for scouts w/o ‘totin chip)–no sheath knives

Toilet articles – soap in a container, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc.
Flashlight & extra batteries
Paper and pencil
Canteen or water bottle or camelback
